86 Acres of Land in the Southern Sierras (Kennedy Meadows) $125000

OFFERED: 86 ACRES WITH A FOREVER VIEW

Easy access to this mountain property. Bounded on two sides by Domeland Wilderness and on one side by BLM. The property is surveyed with six markers and is 10-acre minimums. It has two seasonal creeks, its own private road to the top, a drilled well short the solar system, telephone access, and a corral. It is just up the road from the Old Boyscout Camp.

Hike two miles to the South Fork of the Kern and the Pacific Crest Trail. Drive 4 or 5 miles to Grumpys. The land is somewhat rugged, just the right amount of remote, and enjoys beautiful summers and usually mild winters. It has been in our family for 35 years.

The property is beautiful and re-vitalizing. You can see deer print on the trails and bear scratches on the trees.

Drive Hwy 14/395 to the Kennedy Meadow turnoff. Follow 9 Mile Canyon Road to the Pine Creek Canyone turnoff, just past the watering well...(Please email for further directions/pictures.)
